You won't believe how women are curing their LBL (light bladder leakage)

Are you afraid of the dreaded sneeze that might lead to a new change of underwear or do you dread the day the trainer decides it's a good idea to work on your skipping skills even though you have had 3 kids?

What about avoiding that friend that makes you Laugh so hard that you can't control yourself even if you're in public.

Some of these Scenarios are the reality for
1 in 3 women.

WHAT IS LBL?

LBL aka Light Bladder Leakage is involuntary bladder loss. LBL is very common, 1 in 3 women experience some level of bladder incontinence.

LBL is not usually dinner talk or a girlfriend catch up conversation topic. But if you're suffering LBL you might be interested to know that a good percentage of us are too.

WHAT TRIGGERS LBL?

  • Pregnancy

  • Coughing

  • Sneezing

  • Strenuous activity

  • Heavy Lifting

  • Diabetes

  • Thyroid disorder

  • Running water

  • Stress

  • Smoking

  • Caffeine

  • Obesity and excess weight

What a list ha? What doesn't trigger LBL?
I think it's safe to say that most of us are going to experience it at some point of our life.

TREATMENT

Most non surgical LBL treatments include core muscle work and pelvic floor exercises.

Today more and more products are available to help strengthen the pelvic floor but most of them are time consuming and ineffective.

The problem is the pelvic floor muscles are extremely hard to activate and many women find kegel exercises to be very ineffective. (lets behest who actually remembers to do their exercises 3 times a day?)

THE MOST EFFECTIVE NEW TREATMENT

The Research

A study consisting of 2 sessions a week for 5 weeks showed an alleviation of urinary incontinence complaints was achieved in 64.7% of the cases. 23.5% became complaint-free and a decrease in complaints occurred in 24.4%.

Whole body EMS training is an effective training system. It achieves therapeutic goals such as relief from incontinence and back complaints and preventive goals such as muscle formation, body contouring and improvements in mood, vitality, body stability and general performance.

OUR CLIENTS SUCCESS STORIES

Meet Tiae

Tiae is one of our head Bionic Coaches and owners.

Tiae started suffering LBL at 24 years old after her thyroid began to fail. The under active thyroid caused her Pelvic floor muscles to become thinner. Tiae is a Powerlifter and due to the presure of the heavy forces on her pelvic floor her uterus dropped a level (Common in women after giving birth)

After months of dreading her favourite exercises, packets of thick LBL pads and embarrassing 'accidents' on the lifting platform Tiae decided to seek help for a specialist. After an internal exam Tiae began basic Kegel, breathing and core exercises.

After 6 months of this nothing got better until Tiae began playing around with Electro Muscle Stimulation as a fitness exercise tool. Within weeks she saw a noticeable difference in her LBL incontinence and within 3 months she is 99% cured of her LBL issues and back on the platform.

AMAZING CLIENT STORY

"I have been dealing with LBL for 20 years. This is the first Time in years I haven't had to sleep wearing an adult diaper"

Meet Jess (Name changed for privacy reasons)

Jess has had 3 kids and has been experiencing LBL for over 20 years. Jess has done every possible treatment to fix her LBL issues. She has been on numerous medications and has seen a number of specialists. After years of no relief from her condition she decided to go for surgery and have a sling put in.

Within no time the sling failed and she was worse off than before the surgery. Jess has had to sleep with an adult diaper for years because she can't get to the toilet in time before her pelvic floor fails her.

Jess was a pilates client and decided to try EMS training to strengthen her core and train her legs since she has had knee replacements.

Within weeks something unexpected happened. Not only did jess get fitter, stronger and loose body fat but her pelvic floor issues began to lessen. For the first time in years Jess was able to sleep comfortably at night and not have to fear having an accident.
