With over 15 years of personal training experience, Eli is also a certified Pilates instructor who brings a mindful, balanced approach to every session. A mum of two, she loves yoga, the outdoors, and helping clients feel stronger, more flexible, and confident in their bodies.

THIAGO MENDONCA

With over 15 years of gym experience, Thiago has competed in 10 bodybuilding competitions across three countries and continues to challenge himself through cycling events, marathons, and triathlons.
