What is Bionic FItness EMS

Bionic Fitness uses high tech full body Electrical Muscle Stimulation Technology from Germany and Spain to give your body a fast an effective workout in just 20 minutes. A 20 minute Bionic Fitness workout is equivalent to over 1.5 hours inside the gym.

How does it work?
