Tiae started suffering light bladder leakage at 24 years old after her thyroid began to fail. The under active thyroid caused her Pelvic floor muscles to become thinner. Tiae is a Powerlifter and due to the pressure of the heavy forces on her pelvic floor her uterus dropped a level (Common in women after giving birth)
After months of dreading her favourite exercises, packets of thick LBL pads and embarrassing 'accidents' on the lifting platform Tiae decided to seek help for a specialist. After an internal exam Tiae began basic Kegel, breathing and core exercises.
