As a mum it's difficult for you to find the time to prioritise your health and fitness. You put everyone else's well being before your own.

This is where technology comes to save the day.

At Bionic Fitness we believe that time is precious and that there are more important things to do then waste hours each day inside the gym. Which is why we utilise the World's most advanced full body Electric muscle stimulation technology all the way from Germany.

Our Workouts go for 20 minutes and stimulate 90% of your main muscle groups in that time.

20 minutes of Bionic Fitness will give you the equivalent of over 1.5 hours in the gym and gives you that great post workout feeling!

Dave Henson- British Paralympic Sprinter Medal winner!

"Here is a clip of Dave using EMS for the first time on his full height legs. This is so much harder than training on shorter “stubbies” as the effort just to maintain balance is intense, let alone working with resistance bands and the fact the ems machine is making over 90% of his muscles contract!

EMS training is really effective for amputees like Dave as it works muscles he finds very difficult or impossible to engage using normal training methods.

He can therefore build strength in weaker areas, which means he can use his prosthetics for longer, with less knock on pain or soreness." - Fast Track EMS UK

Simon Harmer - Army Vet

Simon lost both his legs to a roadside bomb in Afghanistan. Doctors initially feared he would lose his life but he proved them wrong and has since learned to walk on two prosthetic legs following five years of surgery, rehabilitation and physiotherapy.

With the help of EMS Technology Simon can get a full body workout. The machine allows him to strengthen his glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, core, all back muscles, stabilisers and upper body muscles.

“I Need To Keep Strong For The Rest Of My Life, Ensuring My Body Can Cope With Everyday Tasks In Order To Live With A Degree Of Independence”- Alex

Within a few weeks of training with Tom Corcoran, the owner of Fast Track EMS in Hampshire, UK, Lewis noticed a dramatic improvement in his physical capacity, strength gains and improved posture.

WHY BIONIC FITNESS EMS?

Bionic Fitness uses Full body Electric Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology from Germany. EMS uses your own electrical pulses to contract your muscles without you having to put strain on your joints or ligaments to do the work.

EMS uses an electric current to fire muscle fibres to give your body an intense and effective athletic training session. EMS training is appropriate for all levels including; general population, athletes, beginner, in rehabilitation or someone looking for a unique kick in their workout.

EMS is effective in increasing several key areas including metabolism, strength, endurance and speed. The use of EMS is perfect for individuals who are undergoing rehabilitation. It not only provides long-term pain relief, but it also reduces the loss of hard-earned muscle mass and athletic performance

CONFIDENCE GAINS

As a result of Lewis’s condition, his arm and shoulder muscles had collapsed down one side and he’s been working with his physio for years to build up the muscles and level his shoulders again. After his first session, Lewis’s Pilates instructor noticed a positive difference and within a few weeks he was holding a stronger position and regaining postural alignment.

Furthermore, he no longer suffers from back pain.“I wish I’d found EMS when I was in rehab, as I would have become much more independent much faster with its help,” he says. “The kit works different areas of your body at varying levels. It’s a perfectly targeted workout that should be offered to all amputees when they go into rehab to get their muscles working properly.“I need to keep in strong physical condition for the rest of my life, ensuring my body is able to cope with everyday tasks in order to live with a degree of independence. EMS is helping me to do just that.”

INSPIRING RESULTS

“When Alex told me about his upcoming challenges and the struggle he had to activate and build the muscles required to power the moon buggy, I was confident EMS training could make the difference,” says Corcoron. “The miha bodytec EMS machine is particularly effective for targeting weaker muscle groups, forcing them to contract involuntarily so I knew it was the perfect training solution for Alex.

“He brings a unique set of training challenges to our sessions and it’s been a real learning curve working together,” says Corcoron.
