What is Bionic FItness EMS
Bionic Fitness uses high tech full body Electrical Muscle Stimulation Technology from Europe to give your body a fast an effective workout in just 20 minutes. A 20 minute Bionic Fitness workout is equivalent to over 1.5 hours inside the gym.
How does it work?
EMS Goes directly to the muscle and stimulates your own muscle fibres tricking your body into thinking you're lifting extremely heavy weights or going for a long run.
When we excise or use our muscles our brain sends a signal to our muscles to stimulate ether our fast twitch muscles fibres (Strength) or our slow twitch muscle fibers (Endurance).
The goal with excise is to 1. recruit as many muscle fibres as possible and 2. stimulate them to a level of fatigue.
